We are promoting a lead generation campaign in the online education segment. It is very familiar HOT KEY campaign.

We will be providing fully integrated CRM where status of lead is updated live. So there won’t be any tiring follow-ups.

The live transfers will be made to call centre in USA. The qualified calls will be dealt in 3 ways as under:

1. WARM TRANSFER : The lead which can be transferred directly to University depending on choice of subject and availability of seAt with university.

2. SMP or WEB LEAD : The lead which cant be transferred as of now but can be used later on is uploaded on clients portal.

3. 3rd TIER LEAD : There can be certain leads that can neither be passed to University nor can be uploaded on client portal, these get transferred to Third party partners who work on them.

Payout and Payment Schedule:

The payment cycle is Monthly through wire transfer.

Warm Transfer: $20.00

SMP/WEB Lead: $10.00

TT Leads: $5.00

Quality and Volume Bonus of $5 per Warm Transfer will be awarded as per T&C

Quality Requirement :

ZERO Tolerance on mislead and transfers where agents coach and impersonate students.

Recordings must be uploaded every day on ftp for all transfers. Payments will not be made for the transfers where recordings are not available.

How to start?

* Send your Company Profile with Full IT infrastructure layout and Photos of the centre.

* Complete and signs the Non-Disclosure Agreement.

* OSI team will review all documents and schedule a Skype conference.
